2025 was a significant year for Worthy Group, marked by growth, consolidation, and a continued focus on building sustainable capability across our businesses. Operating across parts, engineering, auctions, and freight, the Group remained focused on delivering practical solutions for our clients while strengthening internal structure and alignment.
Worthy Engineering
Worthy Engineering experienced a strong and demanding year, with continued growth in machine rebuilds, component repair, and specialist services. Our Kalgoorlie and Perth workshops worked closely together to deliver full rebuilds, component overhauls, boilermaking, lineboring, and light vehicle support for clients operating in challenging environments.
Organic growth, supported by strong leadership and skilled teams, remained a key theme throughout 2025. This measured approach has allowed Worthy Engineering to maintain high standards while continuing to expand its capabilities.
Worthy Parts
Worthy Parts underwent a year of renewed focus in 2025, supported by strengthened leadership and clearer operational direction. The Asset Disposal division saw significant growth, continuing to support Tier 1 mining companies with structured and professional asset sales.
Demand remained strong across underground parts, machinery, and components, while the business continued to refine its inventory strategy to better align with changing market requirements. Leveraging the wider Worthy Group remains a key advantage, allowing clients to access removal, repair, marketing, and sales solutions through a single group.
Worthy Auctions
2025 marked the rebrand of Equipment Dealer Direct to Worthy Auctions, aligning the auction business more closely with the Worthy Group. Auctions held in the back half of the year delivered encouraging results, particularly across light vehicles and smaller construction equipment.
Worthy Auctions now forms a core part of the Group’s end-to-end asset sales model, providing transparent price discovery and efficient conversion while complementing the retail and asset disposal pathways.
Worthy Freight
Worthy Freight experienced a challenging year in 2025, particularly within a tight labour market. Despite these conditions, the division played an important role in supporting Worthy Group’s internal operations, providing reliable transport and logistics across the Group’s businesses.
Looking ahead to 2026, Worthy Freight will focus on strengthening structure, resourcing, and systems to better support both internal operations and a growing base of external clients.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As a Group, 2025 reinforced the importance of structure, flexibility, and collaboration across our businesses. With clearer alignment, strengthened leadership, and a growing suite of complementary services, Worthy Group is well positioned to continue supporting our clients into 2026.
We thank our clients, partners, and team members for their continued support throughout 2025 and look forward to building on this foundation in the year ahead.
